or content of the information provided throughout this website.
Charter listings with PlanetCharter.com can be canceled
at anytime. Upon the day of notification, PlanetCharter.com service and billing will be canceled within two weeks of the day of notification.
There are no refunds for unused time.
PlanetCharter.com allows charter listings to be pulled off of the site to be
included at a later date. However, billing continues as normal. For listings
that cancel their policy and reapply within a six month period will be charged
for the number of months they were not listed upon joining again.
PlanetCharter.com memberships are transferable upon the date of transfer of
charter (i.e. sold or transferred to a new owner). As such, if you transfer
your charter, supply us with the new owner name and address, as well as billing
information. We will contact the new owner and continue service upon their approval.
If you wish to cancel your service due to a sale or transfer, the cancellation
policy above will apply.
PlanetCharter.com reserves the right to delist any charter at its discretion
and cancel service without notification.
PlanetCharter.com reserves the right to alter, exclude, reject part or in whole,
any information supplied by owners. After submitting information to PlanetCharter.com
it becomes the copyrighted charter of PlanetCharter.com and unauthorized copying
or use of such information is prohibited by Federal law and is subject to criminal
prosecution.
PlanetCharter.com will collect personal information necessary to conduct its
services. PlanetCharter.com will not share personal information with third parties.
However, PlanetCharter.com may use personal information obtained from its services
to offer more services (affiliate owned websites) and/or in conjunction with
promotions of new services to its current customers (including both users and
owners).
PlanetCharter.com does not condone spamming and will not
participate in spamming. PlanetCharter.com reserves the
right to cancel services to those who violate this policy by engaging in Unsolicited
Commercial Emails via PlanetCharter.com site or by using
its information. Additionally, unauthorized use of information used by third
parties will be subject to copyright law violations and will be subject to criminal
prosecution.
