Short Description: Trophy Salmon Fishing at it's Finest!

Long Description: Naden Lodge is a sportsman's lodge owned & operated by sportsmen who love to fish and know the importance of your time here. The Lodge makes this experience possible by providing convenient transportation to and from the Lodge, experienced local guides, safe & comfortable boats, quality equipment, and the finest food & accommodations in the area. We can accommodate any special occasion - from derbies & tournaments to birthday parties & weddings. Trophies & plaques are also available. These key ingredients enable our guests to do what they came to do.... FISH!
Guests come to Naden Lodge for a multitude of reasons but THE FISHING is the common denominator. Our home, on Haida Gwaii's north coast, is in the middle of the salmon's migratory route, on the way to their natal streams. Whether they are headed to the major river systems of B.C. or the coast of the United States, i.e.: The Skeena River, Fraser River, Columbia River or to the multitude of salmon streams on the west coast of Vancouver Island or the B.C. mainland, these fish must first pass the Queen Charlotte Islands. Literally millions of salmon swim past our doorstep. They include the Chinook (King), the tackle-busting Giants of the Pacific. These mighty fish can reach weights over 100 pounds as a few are found spawned out on the banks of the spawning rivers, that are in excess of that weight. The largest Chinook taken in our waters was a monstrous 82 pounds that was landed last year. The next most sought after game fish is the spirited Coho (Silver), which can be very acrobatic, when caught on the fly, can reach weights to 25 pounds. There are also Chums (Dogs), Pinks (Humpies) and Sockeye (Reds). The bottom fishing is consistent with Halibut, Ling Cod and many species of Rock Cod. Our salmon fishing season runs from May 15th to September 15th with consistent salmon fishing during those months. Don't forget your camera as many species of mammals swim our waters as well. Grey and Humpback whales, Orcas, Porpoises, Seals and Sea lions. Many marine birds also make the north coast home, Rhinoceros Auklets, Puffins and Pigeon Guillemots to name a few.
All ocean salmon fishing is fully guided by expert local guides. Their combined years of experience on these waters exceed 25 years. Fishing is done from either one of our 28 'Boston Whaler Walkarounds or our 25' Boston Whaler Revenge. All boats have rain covers and on board washroom facilities and are equipped with quality electronics and excellent quality fishing gear.
Everything you need for a memorable trip is on board. But if you want to bring that special rod and reel, please do so as it is welcomed.
Our all inclusive package trips are of 3, 4 or 7 day duration. A 3-day trip consists of 3days and 3 nights with 30 hours of guided fishing, which run from a Saturday through Tuesday. A 4-day trip consists of 4 days, 4 nights and 40 hours of guided fishing, which run from a Tuesday through Saturday. A 7-day trip consists of 7 days, 7 nights with 70 hours of guided fishing. Week trips run from either a Tuesday through Tuesday or Saturday through Saturday
Flights to and from the lodge will be out of the Main Terminal in Vancouver B.C., with Air Canada. Leaving Vancouver at 8:2
