Long Description: Marsh Rat Guide Service provides adventures in Flyfishing and Light tackle fishing. Our adventures begin along the many miles of coastal marsh. Site fishing the shallow ponds and oyster beds for "Cajun Bonefish" (redfish) is one of your many experiences you will incounter. Summer weather allows fishing for spawning trout along our beaches and barrier islands. This is done generally with live or artifical bait such as: live croakers, live shrimp, live poggies, or live coccahoe minnow. Equipment provided with price is live & artifical baits, ice, fuel and fish cleaning.
We provide top of the line Shimano rods & reels, G-Loomis Flyrods & reels and all flies. Among our many sponsors are: Pathfinder Boats, Yamaha, Shimano, G-Loomis, MirrorLures, Bassassins, and Reaction Lure. |

Price: 1-2 persons $400; 3 persons $450; 4 persons $500
Extra Price Information: Flyfishing Rates:
Marsh Flyfishing: 1-2 persons $350
Coastal Flyfishing: 1-2 persons $400; 3 persons $450
Deposits: A deposit of $200 is required to confirm all bookings.
Cancellations: We require a 72 hour notice of cancellations for a full refund of deposits. After the 72 hours the deposit of $200 is nonrefundable. The Captain will cancel a trip in the event of severe weather and refund the full deposit. If a date can be rebooked then the deposit will be kept towards another trip. |
