Short Description: Professsional Fishing Charters

Long Description: New Orleans fishing charter bringing all the excitement and expertise from Louisiana's best fishing guide Capt. Billy. With Capt. Billy fish for monster speckled trout, red fish, flounder and bass off Delacroix Island in New Orleans, Louisiana.

In New Orleans, there are only two reasons to use a fishing charter service… you want the thrill of reelin' 'em in and you want the expertise of someone who knows where to find the speckled trout, red fish, bass and flounder. The adventure is only half the fun. Coming home with a well that's packed to the brim is the other!

New Orleans, Louisiana is home of the beautiful and unique Delacroix Island, hosting one of the world's most renowned fisheries.

Titeline Charters is also unique because we serve other areas such as the Rigolets/Lake Pontchartrain/Lake Borgne system, Pointe a la Hache, Chandeleur Islands and the southwest Mississippi coast. Capt. Billy has experience and much success in all of these areas… something other fishing charters don't offer.

In spring and summer session you can have the thrill of reeling in a monster sized (4-6 lbs) speckled trout - a routine catch during that time of year. Or how about bringing home a trophy-sized trout (7-8 lbs) to mount on your wall? When charter fishing with Capt. Billy, you can rest assured that he always goes the extra mile by constantly changing techniques, presentations and baits to see that you have one of the most memorable and exciting charter fishing experiences on his 23 foot bay boat.

And believe this, Capt. Billy is one charter fishing guide who is still very excited when it comes to fishing (as much as when he was as a young boy). He still has restless nights before a trip in anticipation of pure fishing excitement and bringing home the catch!

Testimonials: Billy was honest when we booked for a 4 day January 2002 trip. He said the fishing can be
FANTASTIC! depending on the timing of cold fronts. He was absolutely right! My father in law and
I had two great days of fishing with a lot of big specks and reds to show for it, and got to experience
first hand how hard the winds blow on one of those fronts. He was flexible, educational,
accommodating and great fun to fish with. I would highly recommend everyone to take the plunge
and book a trip with Billy. We have fished Canada, the East US coast, and Alaska... and this trip
was certainly the most memorable. Thanks for the experience, Billy....We'll be back!!!!

It was my joy and pleasure to go on a fishing trip to Delacroix January 15 with Capt Billy Bucano. I
had met him earlier when another fishing buddy of mine and I fished Delacroix for two days without
much luck, and after coming in, we saw Capt Billy and his crew fileting a mound of speckled trout
and redfish! In a week or two I called Capt Billy to charter a trip to learn the techniques of catching
fish in the winter time. So on January 15, we made the trip--it was cold, the wind was 15-20 knots,
and the tide was moving fast. Capt Billy was very patient with us four old-timers, and eventually we
got the technique down and started catching fish. I have fished with several guides, but I found that
Capt Billy is more patient, more accommodating, and more fun than the others. We are talking up
another winter trip soon.
