Short Description: Caribbean Sailing Vacations

Long Description: All yachts have water sports and will vary depending on the equipment. These might include snorkeling, scuba diving, knee-boarding, water-skiing, kayaks, fishing, and of course sailing. Most water sports are included but some are extra (depending on the yacht), and can be easily arranged by your crew. These would be scuba diving and para-sailing. On shore activities can be recommended by your crew and will vary depending on the island.

Testimonials: We all had a marvelous time aboard Anna Cay. Graeme and crew were excellent, nothing was too much trouble for them. The sailing was great, the food and wines were top class. I really can't find fault, except that it wasn't long enough! So I must thank you for fixing us up with such a good charter and making it come good. Let's hope we will be talking to you next year!
Godfrey Allaway, Burton on Trent, Staffs, United Kingdom

Everything was perfect. Capt. Larry is a very nice man, the boat is great for two couples, the charter was amazing. We did all that we planned to do: diving, sailing, fishing, etc. And Larry is a great chef; you know if Italians say this, it is the pure truth! Francesco Spinoso, Milan, Italy aboard The Dove

Everything was fantastic! Thank you for your prompt and courteous service. You will always have our referrals. Belles Annees was great; crew was outstanding and the trip was the best I have experienced.
Broc Elmore, Austin, Texas, USA aboard Belles Annees

We indeed ended up having a great time. As you know, this was our second charter aboard La Dolce Vita and I couldn't have imagined topping our first charter, but you did and I hope there will be more. Most of all though, we really enjoyed the both of you (Tony & Dominique) which ultimately makes this trip unique!
Jim McCormick and family, Dalton, Georgia, USA aboard La Dolce Vita

I don't think I know a word that could describe how wonderful our charter was!! It was by far the best time we have all ever had. Norman and Rose were amazing people and so hospitable. The yacht was beautiful and we were catered to in every way imaginable. The food was amazing, and the sailing was beautiful. We went snorkeling, scuba diving, parasailing, kayaking, and traveled from island to island and saw all of the greatest sites there were to see. Thank you so very much for putting us in touch with Norman and Rose aboard Free Ingwe; it was the best choice for us!
Ayse Stur, Chicago, Illinois, USA aboard Free Ingwe

The charter was fantastic! Everyone had a great time. There isn't a single negative thing to say about our time aboard Lone Star, and I intend on chartering this yacht again in the future! I've already recommended this vacation to everyone I've spoken with about it. I just can't say enough good things about this trip and the service that was provided.
Al Ribeiro, Sycamore Networks, Boxford, Massachusetts, USA aboard Lone Star

I lead groups for a profession. Tom and Barbara are very good at what they do. I can't recommend them highly enough. I am a tough critic and I give all aspects of the charter a 10! It was a vacation of a lifetime. I am confident that Tom and Barbara would work well with ANY group. Thanks again for setting us up with such a wonderful yacht and crew.
Rick Heydinger, St. Paul, Minnesota, USA aboard AdAstra

Truly an extraordinary vacation. Far and away the best vacation we've ever had!
Charles Putnam, Belle Mead, New Jersey, USA aboard Shiwara

Pricing Information Email Top
Price: From $1,300 per person, per week all inclusive

Extra Price Information: Prices are inclusive of meals, beverages, snacks, wine, beer and liquor, as well as a full array of water toys such as snorkel gear, kayaks, water skis, windsurfer, and fishing gear. The cost will vary depending on the size of the yacht, amenities offered, number of crewmembers, and popularity and reputation of the crew. An average all-inclusive price per person for a week is in the $1,300 to $2,500 range. Groups of four to eight on a larger yacht can often be less expensive per person than a couple on a small yacht. Power yachts are significantly more expensive than sailing yachts. Large groups may prefer to charter more than 1 yacht and sail as a flotilla. This is very common, especially for corporate groups.
.
The summer season may be a little less expensive than the winter in the Caribbean. Summer season starts May 1st and lasts until December 14th. Winter season is December 15th and runs till April 30th.
.
Christmas and New Years are usually a ten to fifteen per cent premium over regular winter rates.
.
Gratuities are the norm when service merits it. Remember that your crew work hard to ensure your holiday is a great one. They are your Captain, Chef, Bartender, Tour Guide, Scuba and Snorkel Instructor, Concierge, etc¿.

Deposits: A deposit of 50% of the charter fee is required if the charter is to commence within six months. A 25% deposit is all that is required to confirm a charter more than six months in advance. The second 25% deposit is due prior to the six month mark.

Cancellations: A charter deposit is considered an earned fee by the yacht because the charter dates have been taken off the market and reserved for the clients use. If the charterer cancels and the time is not re-booked, the yacht is entitled to keep the deposit. If some of the dates are re-booked, the prorated deposit will be returned.
